The executive team
Serving as Vice President of Market Access, EU/UK at AscellaHealth, Gillian
brings almost 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry in both
the European and US markets. She has held commercial and market access
leadership positions at Baxter, Novartis Oncology and AstraZeneca, as well as
trade relations and formulary strategy leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group.
At AscellaHealth, Gillian provides strategic innovation and consultative market access support to pharmaceutical
manufacturers and healthcare organizations. As AscellaHealth continues its expansion into the EU/UK, she will
collaborate with marketing leadership on value proposition and messaging strategy, while providing guidance and
support on consultative sales strategies and the development of client solutions. Prior to moving into the life sciences
industry, Gillian held a Chief Pharmacist position in the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, Dublin.
Gillian holds a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) and a Master of Science (Hospital Pharmacy) from the University of
Dublin, Trinity College, as well as a Master of Business Administration from University College Dublin Michael Smurfit
Graduate Business School. Gillian also has a Diploma in Health Economics from the National University of Ireland
Whitaker School of Government and Management.

Continuing a career trajectory that reflects her commitment to excellence and patient-centric solutions, Alexis
draws upon her tenure as a regional Director overseeing critical therapeutic areas at Pfizer. She also played an
instrumental role in wholesale, distribution and service sectors of pharmaceuticals with consistent and documented
outstanding results.
Prior to joining AscellaHealth, Alexis played a pivotal role in the NHSE COVID-19 vaccines program as the Commercial
Lead for AAH Pharmaceuticals, contributing to the delivery of over 70 million vaccinations in the UK. Additionally, her
leadership at Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare further underscores her ability and unwavering dedication to drive
strategic marketing and strategy initiatives.

Gareth joined CHC in 2017 and has over eighteen years’ experience in direct procurement, supply chain management and logistics to UK and global markets, including twelve years in specialty pharma focused on the sourcing and supply of medicinal products for clinical trials, bioequivalence testing and unregistered supply/managed access.
Emma joined CHC in 2022 in the new position of Head of Operations, taking responsibility for Logistics, Warehousing, Quality Assurance, Customer Service & IT. Bringing her wealth of GMP & GDP knowledge and experience to ensure efficient and effective cross-company processes and building firm foundations for CHC’s future growth.
Robert joined CHC in 2018 and has responsibility for our finance function. Robert combines all the necessary financial accounting skills with an invaluable store of real-world experience from companies of differing sizes and differing periods in their lifecycles.
